Why my account is on hold ( suspended ) ?

You may be suspended in two situations

After signing up and no payment has been made

This usually happens when there are multiple accounts in our service or someone is violating another account.

If this happens, Don't try to register another account and contact support.

After some time the payment was made

Basically, the reason for that is suspicion for risky transactions. To avoid this, try using crypto payments instead of credit cards or Google/Apple Pay.
