I have not received the code; what to do?
We are providing temporary numbers to receive SMS for a short period of time.
Therefore, we are not affiliated with any of the listed services and cannot advice on specific service.
But, there is some general recommendations that we advise to follow :
Do not violate service rules you are using (e.g. sending spam).
Use clean IP-address from the same country as the number
Change IP-address before each registration attempt and reinstall the app
Use different devices and mobile phones to avoid fingerprinting
Clean cookies if you are using a browser
Follow the recommendations or contact us via live chat.
We have successfully received thousands of SMS verification messages for our customers.
Still, not in 100% of cases; everything is going smoothly.
Unfortunately, the problem is almost always not on our end, but on your service.
The service can block your IP or device, and we have nothing to do with it.
It would be best to remember that you won't be charged unless you successfully receive an SMS verification code or SMS message.
You may follow some tips below to increase your chances.
Tip 1: Request another number and try it again
It is not common, but you may need to try 2-3 different numbers before you find a number that works with the website/app you are signing up to.
Try again when you fail to receive an SMS verification code with different number.
Tip 2: If possible, try using a different country
We receive many assistance requests when the issue is typically related to the user’s IP or browser being flagged by the website/app they are trying to sign up to.
Perhaps you’ve already tried signing up unsuccessfully too many times. Or maybe, if you are using a VPN, others have already abused that IP address, and it’s flagged.
Tip 3: Use fresh IP and don't use VPN
If you are using a VPN that is getting blocked by the website/app you are trying to sign up for, you might need to use a different IP address.
Typically a mobile phone’s LTE internet connection works very well. Also, try clearing the cookies and cache in your Internet Browser, or just use incognito mode.
