What to do if my account was blocked after activation ?

Please understand that blacklisted (service-blocked) numbers are not receiving verification messages.

In other words, if the SMS message was sent and received, the number was initially good and only blocked once you started using it (even if it happens very fast).

The reason for this is a combination of multiple factors beyond our control, most of which are on the side of the user. As a result, we are not able to offer refunds in such cases.

To avoid similar cases, we advise you to follow our general recommendation:

Do not violate service rules you are using (e.g. sending spam).

Use clean IP-address from the same country as the number

Change IP-address before each registration attempt and reinstall the app

Use different devices and mobile phones to avoid fingerprinting

Clean cookies if you are using a browser

Try not to use more numbers if you experience a similar scenario very often with your accounts.
