How to make verifications right

While we can't control how third-party services handle their verification process, we've helped thousands of customers receive their codes successfully.

Here are a few simple things that we recommend following:

• **Do not violate the rules of the service you are using (e.g. sending spam) - **platforms may stop sending codes if you appear suspicious or violate their terms.

• Use an IP address from the same country as your number - many services verify this automatically, and a mismatch can cause the code to not be sent at all.

• Use your device for one registration at a time - registering multiple accounts from the same device is often flagged by services through fingerprinting, which may block code delivery.

• **Clean your cookies and cache** - especially if you've visited that site before. A fresh session helps avoid any leftover data interfering with the process.
