There are two types of refunds :
1. Refunds / withdrawals of unused funds from the Credit Balance to an original payment method (e.g. credit card)
Unused balance can be refunded to original payment method only by request in live chat or email email@example.com
Usually it takes up to 7 days and we are not able to refund payment made by crypto less than $50 USD.
2. Compensation for activations to Credit Balance (e.g. bad activation or number)
You can request compensation for bad activations and numbers when you click the Need help button and send us a report.
We manually verify the reports within 48 hours, and if the problem confirmed, funds are added to your Credit Balance.
Also, an email notification will be sent, so you don't have to track it.
