# Why my account is on hold ( suspended ) ?

###### You may be suspended in two situations 

1. **After signing up and no payment has been made** 

This usually happens when there are multiple accounts in our service or someone is violating another account.

2. **After some time the payment was made **

Basically, the reason for that is suspicion for risky transactions. To avoid this, try using crypto payments instead of credit cards or Google/Apple Pay.
