# I have problems with my account after activation

Unfortunately, we cannot control the behavior of 3rd party apps or websites ( including account bans, suspensions, etc. )

Moreover, cellular providers may allocate the numbers to other people after some time. 

We advise setting up second-factor authentication right after activation to safeguard registered accounts.
